Different versions of the Cavalier MK2 and Ascona C convertible were produced. The most popular convertible was built by coachbuilder Voll and later Hammond & Thiede. 2873 convertibles were built from 1984 until 1988.
The cars were officially offered and sold by the Vauxhall and Opel dealer network.
These convertibles have their own code on the Adrema plate – C05. It means that this car was specially prepared as a convertible construction.
Subsequently rebuilt convertibles shouldn`t have this code.
Fortunatley, there is a production number on every car. We would like to register every production number on this website. So we can see how many cars still exist.
